Incredible view, comfortable bed and extensive breakfast. I was on a weekend and booked suite. I walked everywhere in Liverpool and restaurants and bars were close to the place. Fantastic value for money, marvellous service.
-
The staff is smart and the buffet breakfast is immaculate. It's cheap with very big beds and truly special views. Not to mention excellent wifi! Charming location to pier head.
-
Hotel's reception was friendly, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Quirky, quirky room with bath, coffee, as example. Personable staff, heated pool. Cheese, boiled eggs, cereals, meats and breads were cheap and overall there was lots of food.
As for me, the area was very busy.
-
Brilliant service and very cordial staff.
-
It made our trip to Liverpool a perfectly pleasant experience. Relatively quiet location, beautifully decorated rooms & amazingly attentive staff. Continental breakfast was magnificent, we liked it. The shops and a supermarket were right next door.
-
Hotel was traditional, we loved this place.
The weather was warm, had excellent stay. The pool was nice and the staff was very amiable. English breakfast with juice and brown sauce, as example was great. The location was stunning so close to the city centre. .
-
Enjoyed staff and location, no reason to complain.
New building, clean and light bedroom. Hassle-free check-in, smooth check-out. That was authentic hotel set in lovely area. The beach nearby was fantastic and the view was mesmerizing.
-
Always fairly clean place with cheerfull staff and secure location.
-
Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were ready to help. Efficient location, near to both all the attractions and shops, nevertheless the area was disgusting. We really enjoyed our coffee with goodies at butty box cafe. Fast check in and late check out.
Our bed was hard.

I liked the hotel and its staff, very very helpful. Satisfactory continental breakfast - something for everyone. It's my first option in Liverpool, thanks very much.

I enjoyed the so lovely staff and perfect breakfasts. Extremely comfy location, within walking distance of The Beatles Story Museum. Modest restaurant very close to the hotel. Informal place with helpful service too.
-
So clean place, amazing location.
Genuinely helpful staff, savoury breakfasts, well kept rooms. We enjoyed the gorgeous view. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. All we could ask for, attractive and competitive value for money.
-
Good location it takes a few minutes until the Cavern Club and car parking arrangement was fine. Hotel was beautiful and clean, 24hr free coffee and free internet
-
It was very clean, breakfast was free! The staff were as usual helpful.
-
It was a LOW-BUDGET place. Rooms are large and okay, with heating, an electronic key card and a study table. Location in the heart of Liverpool.
Nothing for me.
